Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor/Keyholder role based in Boca Raton, FL. The Client Advisor/Keyholder will welcome and engage clients, provide personalized styling and product recommendations, and build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. This role will support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and keyholding responsibilities. The individual will help maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product is well-presented and replenished, and support inventory management, including stockroom organization and transfers. The role also involves collaborating with the store team to meet sales targets, participating in client outreach and clienteling activities, and representing the Marni brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in client-facing retail or luxury sales roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and a collaborative approach with team members and clients.
- Comfort with keyholder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and adherence to security and operational procedures.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, styling, and trends, with the ability to translate brand vision into personalized styling suggestions.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to use point-of-sale systems, clienteling tools, and basic digital applications to support sales and client management.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store needs.
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred; multilingual skills are a plus.
