POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of this job is to set up and operate the lead extrusion machine to apply a lead sheath to core conductors ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS · Review documentation / work orders · Set up work including but not limited to: · Move reels in work area, onto and off of the payout and take up machines · Feed cable through machinery · Change / adjust tooling · Label product · Monitor quality · Maintain / clean machine · Store / arrange supplies / materials · Operate fork trucks and change cylinders · Document processes · Communicate with supervisors EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS · Clean work area · Train employees · Participate in team meetings · Perform other duties as assigned Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
