We are seeking a skilled and reliable team member to assemble mechanical units or fabricated parts into sub-assemblies or complete products. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations using a variety of tools and machinery.

Essential Duties

• Assemble mechanical components into sub-assemblies or final products
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and various equipment, including jigs, dies, fixtures, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill presses
• Perform tasks such as cutting, filing, punching, reaming, riveting, forming, and fitting parts
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerances
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret basic blueprints
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area
• Identify and correct minor machine malfunctions
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
