We're looking for an experienced Swiss Machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality precision components. If you enjoy solving machining challenges, working with advanced CNC equipment, and continuously improving processes, we'd love to have you join our team.
Compensation
$33.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated machining skills.

Compensation
$33.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated machining skills.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines, including tooling, offsets, and program loading.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Perform machine setups, program adjustments, and optimize cycle times while maintaining tight tolerances.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling and machine parameters as needed.
- Perform deburring, routine machine maintenance, and maintain a clean work area.
- Document production and inspection data while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. 2 years of Swiss CNC machining experience.
- Experience setting up and operating Swiss-style CNC machines (Star, Citizen, or similar).
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
- Four-day work week (Monday–Thursday daylight schedule)
