MarMac Roofing is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing commercial roofing team. We specialize in re-roofing projects including TPO, modified bitumen, metal, and waterproofing systems.
This role is responsible for bidding, managing, and delivering commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial re-roof projects
- Perform site visits, measurements, and scope development
- Manage projects from contract award through completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team
- Handle change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance requirements
(These duties align with typical construction/project management responsibilities like overseeing work quality, schedules, and contract fulfillment. )
Qualifications- Experience in commercial roofing (TPO, Mod Bit, Metal, etc.)
- Strong estimating and takeoff skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of plans, specs, and roofing systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in estimating software is a plus
