Job Requirements
Self-Motivated
We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, stay motivated, and complete tasks correctly and efficiently the first time.
Quick Learner
Training is provided, and expectations are clearly defined. A strong willingness to learn and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly are essential.
Customer Service Skills
You must be courteous, professional, and respectful when interacting with customers, coworkers, and potential clients.
Problem Solving
After training, you’ll be expected to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and carry out repairs. The ability to think on your feet is important.
Valid Driver’s License
A clean driving record is required, as you will be operating a company vehicle.
Positive Attitude
This role involves both independent and team-based work. You’ll be in regular communication with the Service Manager and office staff, so a positive and professional demeanor is key.
Strong Work Ethic
You should be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Communication Skills
Clear communication is essential. You’ll regularly speak with customers to explain services and collaborate with team members.
