Job Summary:

MARLI New York is seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategies. As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring market trends, researching consumer behavior, and devising innovative growth strategies that will elevate our brand within the luxury jewelry and timepiece landscape. The Brand Manager will also support all brand communication efforts, including working closely with our PR agency on press, celebrity dressing and activation strategies. Job Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats in the education sector.
• Marketing Activities: Participate in the planning and implementation of new and ongoing marketing and brand campaigns to promote our brand effectively.
• Marketing Activations: Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing events and activations for MARLI boutiques in New York City, while supporting national events as needed to drive brand awareness and new client acquisition
• Growth Strategies: Devise innovative growth strategies aligned with the brand’s vision and mission to increase market penetration and brand equity.
• Brand Alignment: Lead efforts to align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics, ensuring consistency and a cohesive brand identity.
• Press & Communications: Partner with our PR agency to ensure the brand remains top-of-mind for consumers. Oversee effective brand communications, including brand storytelling, product features, and founder-led executive initiatives.
• Talent and VIC: Support product pulls for celebrity and talent dressings for all major red carpets, brand events and activations.
• Influencer Outreach: Develop and execute the influencer and KOL strategy for the US market, with a specific focus on NYC, by tapping into an established network of jewelry, watch, and lifestyle creators.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, communications or events
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong communication skills
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
• Experience with talent dressing fine jewelry is a plus
• Experience with influencers and creators in the luxury market is a plus
