Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and managing waste disposal
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Assist with outdoor work as needed, such as patio or porch cleaning
- Use proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy items like furniture or appliances safely
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and maintained properly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols for janitorial and custodial tasks to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices is advantageous
- Background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and outdoor work experience is beneficial
- Abilitity to work as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
