Labor & Employment – Mid-Level Associate
Location: Dallas
Global Am Law 100 Firm, Client of Marley & Associates Legal Search
Our client, a Global Am Law 100 firm is seeking an Associate (3–5 years) to join its Labor & Employment Practice group in the Dallas, TX office. Work includes a range of employment and labor matters, including litigation, counseling, investigations, and transactional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise, counsel, and litigate on employment and labor issues, including single-plaintiff and class action cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, and workplace policies.
- Support employment diligence in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations & before regulatory agencies (EEOC, Department of Labor, state labor boards).
Ideal Candidate
- 3- 5 years of experience in employment and labor law, including litigation, counseling, and transactional support.
- Experience with employment litigation, arbitration, and regulatory claims.
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas (or eligible for admission).
