Overview
We are looking for a dishwasher to join our team at Marlee Jean's Raw Bar & Kitchen in Davidson, North Carolina. Previous experience in a food service/restaurant/hospitality setting is required.
We are not hiring any FOH positions. Only serious BOH experience and inquiries only please.
Pay for this position is based on experience.
Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including sinks, dishwashing stations, and storage spaces.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or ingredient organization when needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Full weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment.
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
