Join Our Team This Holiday Season!
Marlborough Gardens is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our seasonal production and shipping team. We grow and ship beautiful potted flower bulb gardens to customers across the country for the holiday gift season.
No experience? No problem! We'll provide the training—you just need a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare potted gardens for shipping
- Package products for customer orders
- Work on our fast-paced shipping line
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
Position Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour
- Full-time seasonal employment through Christmas, with opportunities for some employees to continue through the spring season
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required during peak season
