The Role

As a Cricket Coach, You Will

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions for pupils of varying ages and abilities
• Develop technical skills, tactical awareness and a strong sense of sportsmanship
• Adapt coaching methods to suit individual and group needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive and encouraging atmosphere
• Provide constructive feedback to help pupils reach their potential
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records
  
  

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Strong cricket coaching experience or a background in competitive play
• A solid understanding of cricket skills, rules and strategy
• Excellent communication and the ability to motivate young athletes
• A supportive, adaptable and professional approach
• A commitment to promoting teamwork, discipline and player development
  
  

Experience coaching in a school or regulated environment is desirable, but not essential.
