What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apprentice IT Technician position at Marlborough College?

Start your IT career at one of the UK’s leading independent schools. Marlborough College is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice IT Technician to join our busy IT Services team while completing a Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship.

The Role

  • Provide first-line IT support to pupils and staff
  • Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and classroom technology
  • Assist with software installs, troubleshooting and network connectivity
  • Support College events and help keep IT equipment records up to date

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

  • Keen to learn, reliable and a good communicator
  • Friendly, helpful and confident supporting others

No previous experience required — just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
