Marlboro Nissan is looking for a customer-focused, motivated Parts Advisor to join our award-winning team. What You'll Do

· Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.

· Work closely with service advisors and technicians to identify and source the correct parts.

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and merchandising.

· Receive and inspect incoming shipments.

· Help keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-ready.

· Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

· Build lasting relationships with customers and team members.

What We're Looking For

· Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.

· Nissan or dealership experience is a plus.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and computer skills.

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

· Team player committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
