Title: QA with Selenium Onsite from Day one. NO REMOTE
Location: Irving, TX- 3 days in office.
Roles 3, contract to hire
Duration: 6-12 months

We are seeking a QA Engineer with extensive experience in UI and Backend testing, load/performance testing, and test automation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and capable of driving end-to-end testing strategies for complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for UI and backend components.
- Perform load and performance testing to ensure system scalability.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects; drive resolution and continuous improvement.
- Conduct API and backend testing using Postman and Rest Assured, focusing on validation of transaction integrity, data consistency, and security compliance.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in manual and automated testing.
- Strong Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar.
- Experience in performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Strong Knowledge of database testing using SQL (e.g., validating transactional and ledger data).
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and backend systems.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such Azure Devops or Jira.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good to have Qualitia experience
