Responsibilities
- Configure Epic Cheers module settings including recognition categories, point values, and redemption options
- Build and test automated workflows for peer-to-peer recognition, manager nominations, and milestone celebrations
- Set up integration points between Epic Cheers and existing systems
- Create custom recognition templates and approval workflows based on organizational requirements
- Build catalog of integrations
- Create training materials
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Epic support for escalated problems
- Monitor system performance and implement optimization recommendations
