About the Role

The role involves configuring the Epic Cheers module settings and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems to facilitate effective employee recognition.

Responsibilities

• Configure Epic Cheers module settings including recognition categories, point values, and redemption options
• Build and test automated workflows for peer-to-peer recognition, manager nominations, and milestone celebrations
• Set up integration points between Epic Cheers and existing systems
• Create custom recognition templates and approval workflows based on organizational requirements
• Build catalog of integrations
• Create training materials
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Epic support for escalated problems
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization recommendations
