Responsibilities
- Conduct golf cart and foot patrols of the area in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks
- Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions
- Document all interactions in a clear and concise written report, ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
- Communicate and pass on all pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client.
- Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
- Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
- Respond to calls of distress, alarms and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
- Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
- Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
- Other duties to be determined by management
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license
- Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard License
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year of security experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
- This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time!
