Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
- Using various channels to source candidates
- Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
- Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
- Building relationships with applicants and past employees
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
- Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
- Other duties to be determined by management
Qualifications:
- Two (2) plus years of recruiting experience in a high – volume recruiting setting
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with strong influencing, collaboration, problem solving, mediation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of employees.
- Experience working in a fast-paced regional and national footprint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
- Advanced iCIMS experience, ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
