Security Officer Duties
Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc. Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, control access to all persons to the property, etc.tc.

Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Level 2 Texas Security License
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with report writing
- Active CPR Certification
- Swimming experience preffered
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Minimum 1 year security experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of a time
