**Summary**
As a manual machinist you will perform machining operations using good technical knowledge and great manual dexterity. Previous experience with lathes, manual vertical mills, and reading micrometers and calipers is required. This person must be able to read prints and drawings and be able to produce high-quality work efficiently.
**What You’ll Do**
· Set up and operate manual lathes and mills
· Read and interpret blueprints
· Use precision measuring instruments
· Ensure all finished parts meet quality standards
**Requirements**
· 2 years of recent machining experience
· Solid knowledge of manual machining, cutting speeds, tool selection, and materials
· Good hand-eye coordination
· Respectful communication with all levels of staff
· Pass background screen, drug test, and E-Verify
Salary and Benefits: Hourly range: $23-$35 with flexibility to go outside that range. We offer a competitive salary based on skills, experience, and work history. Shift:
1st: Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 3:30/4:30pm and Friday 6-3:30pm. There is ample opportunity for overtime.
