Casualty Litigation Attorney - Hybrid or Remote

MOODK is a mid-sized, regional firm that specializes in general liability, professional liability and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices located in PA, NJ, NY, DE and MD and we are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our casualty litigation team.

Qualifications:

1. Current and active Bar membership. in good standing, in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC and/or CT;
2. Prior casualty litigation experience preferred but open to all candidates with relevant skills;
3. Superior written and oral communications skills;
4. Strong organization and attention to detail;
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis;
7. Familiarity with Case/File Management systems;
8. The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.

What we offer:

1. Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 – $170,000 and is commensurate upon experience;
