Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Application Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on SharePoint development experience using C# and .NET. This is a hybrid, developer-focused role based in Alpharetta, GA, requiring strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SharePoint (On-Prem and Online), OneDrive, and Office 365 development and migration. You will be responsible for building, integrating, and supporting enterprise collaboration and content management platforms, while working closely with business leaders and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-premises and online) using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS.
Develop and integrate tools and applications to manage SharePoint infrastructure systems both on-premise and in the cloud.
Implement and manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 governance and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365 synchronization across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
Utilize PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure AD Applications for automation and modern authentication.
Work closely with end-users, business owners, and executives to gather requirements, build solutions, and train users on SharePoint capabilities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and SDLC processes using tools such as GitHub, Jira, and continuous integration technologies.
Develop and maintain workflows, content types, and permissions; reorganize and optimize existing SharePoint sites and content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Azure, O365, and Desktop Engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide demos, consulting, and documentation on out-of-the-box SharePoint and OneDrive features.
Required Qualifications:
4 years of hands-on SharePoint development using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, and PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint fundamentals lists, libraries, workflows, permissions, and content management.
Proven experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration and development.
Understanding of Modern Authentication, Azure AD, Graph API, and SSO technologies (SAML, Ping Federate, Kerberos).
Experience developing custom applications and tools for SharePoint and Office 365 environments.
Familiarity with Power Platform tools Power Apps, Power Automate, and Planner.
Proficiency in Agile delivery methods and version control tools like GitHub.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with business executives and non-technical teams.
Desired Skills:
Experience with SQL programming.
Exposure to Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Unified Groups, Teams, and other Office 365 services.
Strong troubleshooting skills across on-prem and cloud environments (networking, security, etc.).
Ability to research, evaluate, and implement new SharePoint features and modernization approaches.
