We're Hiring: Wellness & Support Representative

Join our growing team! We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Wellness & Support Representative to help support our caregivers and members while ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Location: Corona, NY 11368
Bilingual Required: Spanish & English
Salary: Discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities
Complete Start of Care (SOC) processes for new members in a timely manner.
Obtain and process Resume, Continued, and Adjusted Authorizations to ensure uninterrupted services.
Review and clear assigned Monday.com dashboard tasks daily to maintain workflow efficiency.
Conduct pre-billing calls to verify billing accuracy.
Perform member satisfaction calls and address service concerns as needed.
Process caregiver PTO and sick leave payment requests and update schedules accordingly.
Maintain caregiver schedules and Master Weeks to ensure adequate coverage.
Monitor caregiver payments and coordinate with Payroll and HR to resolve any payment-related concerns.
Submit requests for caregiver pay rate increases, overtime, and adjusted rates as appropriate.
Follow up on incomplete or non-compliant timesheets to ensure timely resolution.
Assist caregivers with Payroll and HR-related requests, including pay stubs, tax forms, and demographic updates.
Monitor and follow up on cases that are on hold, involve hospitalizations, or require vacation coverage.
Coordinate with the Intake Department regarding re-enrollments and plan-to-plan transfers.

Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus
