We are currently seeking a Vacuum Truck Operator. Come join a growing company that is focused on utility infrastructure. This position is based out of our Wendell, NC office for projects with in the triangle. As a Vacuum Truck Operator, you will be responsible for daily driving and operation a vacuum truck to clean pipelines, manholes, pump stations, and other underground infrastructure.

As a Vacuum Truck Operator, you will be responsible for daily driving and operation a vacuum truck to clean pipelines, manholes, pump stations, and other underground infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate vacuum equipment in a residential setting
- Complete pre and posttrip truck inspections
- Adhere to NCDOT and safety requirements (DOT Program, D&A Clearinghouse, Random Drug Screen Program)
- Clean various diameter sewer and stormwater pipes with proper jetting equipment
- Vacuum out manhole, storm drain boxes, wet wells and other underground vaults
- Work as a team with CCTV operators and other team members
- Continue to learn and train on new processes, safety procedures, and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with CDL endorsement
- Experience with vacuum truck operation and pipeline cleaning preferred
- Work well with others and work as a team
- Confined space training a plus
- Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations
