Mark's Cleaning is seeking a part-time custodial team member to assist with maintaining 1 client facility. This role includes general cleaning responsibilities along with ensuring service quality standards are met.

Position Details

• Location: Cadiz
• Schedule: Weekday evenings
• 6 hours/night
• Pay Rate: $15/hour
• Status: Part-Time
• Number of Hires 1 (hiring immediately)

Core Duties (Encompassing, but not confined to)

• Perform routine cleaning tasks at assigned location
• Support overall cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Monitor supply levels and restock when needed
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Follow company procedures and client-specific requirements

Work Setting

Work is performed in a variety of commercial environments, including offices, manufacturing, industrial and shared spaces, with a focus on consistency and quality

New employees are eligible for a $100 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their first 30 days of employment. The bonus will be paid on the first regular payday following the 30-day employment anniversary, provided the employee meets all of the following criteria:

• Maintains perfect attendance during the first 30 days (no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows)
• Completes all required training within the initial 30-day period
• Remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the sign-on bonus. The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this bonus program at any time.
