PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs and services they should consider for their camper.
Pay Attention to Details: Accurately look up parts, check in parts orders, and prep orders.
Ensure Approval of Warranty Claims: Complete all warranty documentation as required by the manufacturer.
Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, fellow advisors, technicians, and the parts department
Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all services and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Automotive or RV Dealership Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Intermediate Computer Skills - Required
- Customer Service experience - Required
This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $20-$30/hour depending upon the individual’s experience and performance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check.
