Description
Markon’s partner company is looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Developer to join our team in designing and architecting next-generation network security appliances. This role focuses on creating advanced PCBAs that integrate high-performance FPGAs and other cutting-edge components for an intelligence customer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-speed digital hardware for security appliances
- Perform signal integrity analysis and power distribution network design
- Collaborate closely with FPGA, software, and mechanical engineering teams to deliver complete hardware solutions
- Drive design reviews, validation, and bring-up of complex boards
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field)
- 8 years of hands-on hardware development experience including schematic capture, PCB layout review, and hardware validation.
- Proven experience in high-speed digital design and FPGA-based systems
- Familiarity with design tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Salary Range
USD $200,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
