Description
Markon is seeking a Management Analyst II professional to support one of its DoD customers, in the Pentagon
Responsibilities
- Manages shared information sources such as MS Teams sites, and interfaces within the USD(A&S) to maintain information on ODASD (Infrastructure Modernization and Resilience) public website and SharePoint pages.
- Provides support to the ODASD(IM&R) team and directly to the DASD(IM&R) with administrative tasks such as formatting presentations and documents, reviewing letters, memos, and briefs and coordinating and scheduling meetings, office operations, and travel logistics as needed.
- Provides assistance in developing and reviewing administrative and financial packages, input packages into OSD tracking systems, track progress of packages, and track program commitments, obligations and expenditures.
- Shall assist in managing shared information sources such as MS Teams sites and shared network drives, performing records management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years of equivalent experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Familiarity and proficiency with current OSD CATMS tasker system and tracking of data calls, congressional reports, congressional or public inquiries and FOIA requests.
Preferred system proficiency:
- DTS
- MS SharePoint
- MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Adobe Portfolio
Salary Range
USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
