Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls (Juniper, Fortinet).
- Participate in the deployment and documentation of network and system changes.
- Help manage private cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows server environments.
- Contribute to automation efforts using scripting tools to streamline operational tasks.
- Document standard operating procedures and technical configurations.
- Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity,

Learning Objectives
- Understand the fundamentals of Layer 2/3 networking and dynamic routing protocols.
- Gain experience with virtualization platforms.
- Learn best practices in system hardening, patch management, and IT Security
- Develop familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools and Inventory Systems
- Improve technical writing and communication skills through documentation and team collaboration.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.\
- Minimum of 3 days per week in-office presence required.
