Job Description We are seeking a confident and outgoing individual who can identify potential clients, promote our cleaning services, and secure new contracts. The ideal candidate enjoys networking, making phone calls, meeting with businesses, and creating opportunities. Responsibilities: Find and contact potential commercial cleaning clients Reach out to offices, apartment communities, churches, medical facilities, schools, and local businesses Schedule meetings with potential clients Present cleaning service options and company information Follow up with leads and maintain professional relationships Help negotiate and secure cleaning agreements Maintain a list of leads, contacts, and sales progress Represent Markissia's Amazing Cleaning Crew professionally Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with business owners/managers Self-motivated and goal-oriented Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required Must be reliable, professional, and organized Must have the ability to work independently Compensation: Commission-Based Pay Earn money for every successful cleaning contract secured Commission amount will be discussed during interview based on contract size and value Opportunity for continued income as the company grows
