Schedule:
- Full-time position (~30-40hrs)
- No evenings
- No weekend hours
- Early morning hours - shifts typically start at 6:30am.
Primary Dental Assistant Duties
We’re looking for a dental assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional care and being a steady, supportive presence for both patients and providers. This role is centered on thoughtful chairside assistance, anticipating clinical needs, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. You’ll play a key role in patient intake, diagnostics, and accurate clinical documentation, while also supporting seamless communication between the clinical and business teams. Attention to detail, organization, and a team-first mindset are essential, as you’ll help maintain efficient operatories, uphold infection-control standards, and contribute to a smooth, well-run day in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art practice with a small-town feel.
