Front of House Team Member (Cashier, Coffee & Bagel Maker)
We're looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic team members to join our busy neighborhood bagel and sandwich shop! This is a multi-role position where you'll rotate between the front counter, coffee station, and bagel preparation to help provide fast, friendly service during our busy breakfast and lunch rushes.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages
- Toast, butter, and prepare bagels according to customer orders
- Assemble simple breakfast sandwiches and deli items
- Package takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Keep the coffee station stocked, clean, and organized
- Restock bagels, beverages, condiments, and supplies throughout the day
- Maintain a clean dining area, front counter, and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist coworkers during busy breakfast and lunch periods
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, café, deli, bakery, or coffee shop experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
Schedule
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- Early morning shifts required
- Weekend availability required
- Day shifts
- Overtime available during busy seasons
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
