What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a part-time experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate for this newly created position will be experienced in servicing small Commercial clients for an independent agency, have a current Property & Casualty Insurance license, have strong communication skills, possess a strong attention to detail and have excellent time management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Process policy changes and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and review insurance applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate coverage details and provide summary documentation to clients via email.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and maintain certificate records as required.
- Quote and bind small commercial insurance policies with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Manage billing inquiries, process payments and assist clients with account-related questions.
- Update and maintain all client details in AMS360 (agency management system) to ensure the information is accurate and current.
Minimum Requirements
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- Minimum of 2 years of Account Manager experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week based on Eastern Standard Time
