Role Description
As a Senior Manager, you will be a dynamic and proactive individual who will work closely with practice leaders to ensure client project profitability, streamlined processes, and maintenance of strong client relationships. You will also play a crucial role in developing and supporting team members, monitoring industry trends, and driving business development. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining and advancing the practice's operational success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with practice leaders to monitor client project profitability and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert and ensure quality control for all projects. Stay updated on industry trends through research, news, and educational materials, with a focus on the unclaimed property landscape.
- Identify and implement improvements in practice processes, tools, and deliverables, ensuring collaboration with other practices and the Innovation Center for proper execution.
- Ensure client solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality while continuously seeking improvements.
- Monitor client satisfaction, ensuring a high level of service and project outcomes while creating and maintaining a strong relationship with client buyer contacts.
- Manage both team and personal chargeability to maintain efficient resource allocation.
- Obtain referrals and reference letters from satisfied clients to support business growth.
- Create content by authoring blogs and webinar annually, ensuring high accuracy and expertise in relevant topics.
- Assist with the creation and review of pricing, SOWs and addendums.
- Identify and track cross-selling opportunities with clients.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of both new and experienced hires.
- Work with team members to identify career development paths and ensure skills are aligned with project and organizational requirements.
- Educate and foster deep subject matter expertise across the team, contributing to ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to lead calls and correspondence
- Proficiency in Excel, and other practice management tools
- In-depth knowledge of Annual Compliance & Consulting processes and the ability to manage key project deliverables
- Project management and planning expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior leadership
- Strong business development and cross-selling acumen
