Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
• Proactively engages and educates consumers on the benefits of purchasing the products and services of the client• Qualifies the consumer to determine if they are the right profile for purchasing the products and services of the client• Performs demonstrations of the client’s products to allow the consumer to fully understand the benefits of the products• Convinces the consumer to schedule a “Free” in-home consultation with the client’s sales team• Collects and enters appropriate consumer and competitive data required by the client into a MarketSource work order system
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to meet deadlines with little supervision (Self-starter)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills• Understanding of business systems, business processes, and client expectations• Proactive, self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude• Working knowledge with the Internet and web based data collection and reporting
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required• 2 years minimum lead generation, or retail sales experience• 2 years minimum experience in successful support roles• Must be available to work primarily on weekends.
