We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is central to building strong client relationships and supporting our agency’s continued growth.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client questions regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and new business processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, including processing documents and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service required
- Insurance experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to learn agency management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or insurance coursework preferred
- Must be willing to obtain a P&C license within 6 months of employment
