What You'll Do
- Track project timelines and deliverables across departments (Ads, Catalog, Creative, Strategy)
- Maintain up-to-date statuses in our PM tool (e.g., Asana)
- Assign tasks, coordinate briefs, and ensure internal deadlines are met
- Serve as the internal point of contact for project status inquiries
- Proactively follow up on blockers and escalate risks to the Director of Marketplaces
- Maintain templates, trackers, and documentation for consistency across teams
- Collaborate with Client Leads to ensure project clarity and transparency
- Support weekly performance reviews and task check-ins
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years in project coordination or operations, preferably in an agency or ecommerce environment
- Some experience working with Amazon or within the Amazon ecosystem is required — familiarity with the platform’s tools, timelines, and terminology is critical
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with PM tools like Asana or Monday.com
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-first mindset and willingness to adapt
- Competitive base salary: $70,000-$80,000/year variable compensation
