Production Manager
Overview:
The Production Manager oversees all production workflows to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production schedules across print, promotional products, digital content, and web projects
- Coordinate between designers, account managers, developers, and vendors
- Maintain project timelines, approvals, and quality control
- Lead production meetings and communicate status updates
- Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and maintain organized job files
- Source and manage vendors; negotiate pricing and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3 years of production or project management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with marketing, print, or digital production preferred
- Proficiency with project management software
