Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to lead growth efforts for Rudhra Info Solutions’ Salesforce Life Sciences Practice. This individual will play a key role in establishing and expanding strategic relationships with Salesforce account executives and driving new business from life sciences clients leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce Life Sciences solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development
- Build and nurture relationships with Salesforce.com account executives, industry specialists, and partner alliance teams.
- Collaborate with Salesforce regional and industry teams to align go-to-market activities and joint pursuit strategies.
- Represent Rudhra Info Solutions in Salesforce ecosystem events, partner summits, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Client Acquisition & Growth
- Identify, target, and engage life sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, medtech) currently using or considering Salesforce platforms.
- Develop customized outreach campaigns to promote Prana’s Salesforce implementation, validation, and compliance services.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor Salesforce ecosystem trends, product releases, and vertical-specific opportunities in the life sciences domain.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and digital transformation challenges facing life sciences clients.
- Provide feedback to internal leadership on market needs and partnership opportunities.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with the delivery, marketing, and alliances teams to create co-branded collateral, success stories, and sales enablement content.
- Support the creation of go-to-market campaigns in partnership with Salesforce industry teams.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in business development, alliances, or partner management within the technology or consulting space.
- Proven success building relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly with Salesforce account executives and industry partners.
- Understanding of the life sciences industry—including regulatory, clinical, or commercial operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, partner-driven environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and partner management tools preferred.
