Marketing Essentials is seeking a high-energy, multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-paced team environment to fill this position. This individual is responsible for collaborating with the Strategist & Coaches, Chief Marketing Strategy Officer, and Chief Operations Officer to plan and manage the coordination and scheduling of client marketing and sales program tasks and activities by ensuring the appropriate team member is assigned the task based on skills, experience and capacity. A strong understanding of project management and application to strategic marketing and sales strategies, resulting in achieving client goals, is essential. Potential for the right individual to also engage in client-facing management is an option.
Success Attributes
- Identify capacity and skill competency demands of the agency
- Ability to follow agile methodology and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve client program performance and agency process/systems
- Experience with marketing and sales tool stacks and appropriate application to the client program
- Solid understanding of digital & traditional marketing and sales strategy and tactical applications
- Ability to identify process challenges and utilize critical problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement (change management) to achieve better results for the client and team happiness
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time accordingly
- Exceptional written & verbal communication.
- Ability to interact with clients and team members in a positive manner
- Highly organized and excessive attention to detail
- Ability to research, identify and implement new marketing, sales, and operational strategies
- Pursue a continuous journey of professional development to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or Project Management/Logistics
- Required minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience as a Project Manager
