Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
- Support event logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site management
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
- Assist with the creation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
- Help manage guest lists and respond to inquiries regarding event details
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for event attendees as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
