Sales Associate – Entry Level | Paid Training

About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our Salt Lake City sales team. This is a hybrid position involving customer-facing sales with paid training provided and work from home making it a great opportunity for candidates who are new to sales as well as those with previous experience.
You'll meet directly with prospective customers, explain our products and services, answer questions, and help customers determine whether our services are a good fit for their needs.
We provide training, ongoing support, and sales leads so you can focus on developing your sales skills and building your income.
What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with prospective customers
- Present and explain company products and services
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members
- Participate in initial and ongoing sales training
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Compensation
- Commission only, paid based on completed sales
- Additional bonus opportunities based on performance
- Paid training
- Estimated weekly earnings of $1,000–$1,500 depending on individual sales performance

Schedule
