Paramount Printing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain a large-format digital press, ensuring consistent high-quality output that meets client specifications. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a large-format digital press to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Set up the press for each job, including loading media, configuring settings, and conducting test runs.
- Monitor color accuracy and print quality, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning, ink changes, and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues.
- Follow company safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Digital Press Operator or similar role preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Strong understanding of digital press operation, setup, and maintenance.
- Keen eye for detail and color accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
