The Account Project Manager (APM) is responsible for leading the day-to-day management of health & beauty client projects/programs from kickoff through production release. This role serves as the central coordinator between clients and internal teams supporting the sales team, ensuring projects remain on schedule, deliverables are completed, and risks are proactively managed.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has attention to detail and can successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration. As the liaison between sales and the execution team, this role is crucial for keeping all team members on task and on time.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Internal & external system data entries to keep projects moving & up to date.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Kick-offs and manages the overall processes related to:
- Engineering
- Artwork Management
- Instruction sheets
- Distro Lists
- Enter Orders in Internal Database
- Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Occasional travel for prototype visits (with and without brands/retailers) as well as Quality Control checks at other MAG facilities or retail stores

Requirements:
- Onsite at our Health & Beauty Facility to properly manage the day-to-day.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to learn how to effectively use databases systems such as ERP’s.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilize the tact and diplomacy required to foster a team environment while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, as well as a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Supervision Received: Works with minimal supervision. Issues and concerns need to be communicated to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of related experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing, and walking for moderate periods. Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching (typically less than 20 lbs.) Manual dexterity for computer work. Ability to travel to other MAG locations, client sites as and stores as needed
