HR Technical Recruiting Internship
Location: 100% Remote
Type: Unpaid Internship
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, Part-time (flexible hours)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiting Intern to support hiring across a wide range of roles including tech, digital marketing, and industry evangelists, software engineers, ux/ui designers, data analysts and data scientists, AI and machine learning experts, cybersecurity specialists, web3 and blockchain engineers, and other technical talent as needed.
What You’ll Do
You’ll source and screen candidates, conduct initial phone or video calls, schedule qualified candidates for interviews directly with the CEO, collect rate information and Right-to-Represent (RTR) confirmations via email, prepare polished candidate profiles for submission to clients and potential clients, and maintain accurate records and follow-ups throughout the recruiting process.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills, comfort speaking with technical professionals, solid organization and follow-through, professional email and phone etiquette, discretion with confidential information, and a genuine interest in recruiting, tech, or startups.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Some exposure to recruiting or staffing, familiarity with technical roles and terminology, experience sourcing on LinkedIn, or use of applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage candidates across a broad range of technical roles
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest, availability, and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews directly with the CEO
- Collect candidate rate information and Right-to-Represent (RTR) confirmations via email
- Prepare clear, well-organized candidate profiles for submission to clients and potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of candidate communications, submissions, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with technical professionals and executives
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, responsive, and able to manage follow-ups independently
- Professional email etiquette and basic business communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
