Job Overview
Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a Smartsheet Developer to design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows
- Develop automations, approvals, alerts, and process improvements
- Integrate Smartsheet with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
- Develop API-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Manage permissions, workspaces, and platform governance
- Troubleshoot formulas, automations, integrations, and performance issues
- Create documentation and support end-user training
- Support Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, and Bridge where applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of hands-on Smartsheet development or administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automations
- Experience with Smartsheet API and scripting
- Experience integrating Smartsheet with third-party applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Understanding of project management and business process automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, or Bridge
- Smartsheet certification
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with PMO, business analysis, or systems administration
