About the Role
As an Engineer, you will support our client’s chemical piping construction projects, working closely with subcontractors, design teams, QA/QC, and Safety to ensure smooth and compliant construction progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site engineering support to subcontractors and resolve technical issues during chemical utility and process piping installation.
- Collaborate with Design, QA/QC, and Safety teams to ensure work meets project specifications and client standards.
- Review technical documents, coordinate RFIs, and communicate engineering clarifications.
- Monitor construction progress and support project milestone achievement.
- Conduct field inspections to verify installation quality and identify risks or discrepancies.
- Maintain daily communication with subcontractors to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Support testing, commissioning, and turnover activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor facility operations, chemical utilities, or construction environments preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and technical drawings.
