The Quotation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales, procurement, and project execution by preparing accurate and competitive quotations for project, services, or turnkey solutions. This is a full-time onsite role supporting semiconductor and high-tech construction projects. Work may include office-based material planning, warehouse coordination, inventory tracking, receiving support, supplier communication, shipment follow-up, project meetings, and field material-readiness activities.
The Material Planner must be comfortable working in warehouse, construction, industrial, cleanroom, and project-support environments. The position requires the ability to manage changing material priorities, respond to time-sensitive delivery issues, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- Prepare accurate quotations based on RFQs, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to collect pricing and lead time data.
- Ensure quotes meet company policies, margin goals, and contract terms.
- Maintain records and assist with post-quote follow-ups.
- Align with sales and project teams to refine scope and pricing.
- Maintain project progress on ERP system.
Must Have
- Experienced with MEP field at least 1 year.
