The Administrator provides administrative support to the Water team, assisting with support tasks through ERP system operation, documentation, coordination, and communication to ensure smooth team operations.
General Responsibilities
- Perform ERP system operations and data entry
- Assist with document organization and filing
- Assist in creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
- Assist with the translation of documents and communications
- Assist in processing the Engineering PO acceptance in ERP
- Assist with engineering billing and payment requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
- Education & Related Experience: Bachelor & Relevant major
- Must Have: Bilingual in Mandarin/English fluent due to stakeholders.
- Nice to Have: Excellent verbal communication skills
Skills
- Must Have: Basic computer skills (Microsoft: Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
